I am taking the time to write to you regarding the "exhaust and tune package" carried out on my car yesterday.
My car (Manual 08 VE SS) came to yesterday morning as a great car to drive and in very original condition. I expected it to come back with nothing more than I asked for. A sports exhaust system, and a reprogramming of the chip.
When I collected it I was totally impressed with not only the quality of the work, but more importantly that it was clear that the care and respect your team gave to my car was nothing short of outstanding.
In your line of business there are many that make far fetched promises and deliver well short of the mark. Your quote and price were certainly not the cheapest around, but stands as proof, that in most cases you get what you pay for.
I am very fussy and perhaps a little fanatical with my expectations. You did what you said you would, when you said you would, and, in fact, better than you said you would.
